  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in website sales.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build websites using no-code platforms (e.g., Wix, Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace).
  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to create user-friendly designs.
  • Ensure websites are responsive, visually appealing, and optimized for performance.
  • Implement design updates and improvements based on feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest no-code tools and trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in website design using no-code tools.
  • Strong sense of design, layout, and visual aesthetics.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and responsive design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the business development team for website sales.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build long-term client relationships and key partnerships.
  • Oversee sales pipeline and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to drive results.
